HEATING & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS​

CAKES

Buttercream based cakes should be refrigerated and taken out to room temperature 4 hours before serving.

 

Cream based cake (cheesecakes, mousses, etc..) should be refrigerated until serving.

BROWNIES

Store in an airtight container at room temp up to 1 week.

Chocolate cheese brownies should be stored in the refrigerator.

BABKA

Babka can be freezed for up to a month. Store in the fridge or room temperature.

If serving by the slice, warm up in the microwave for 10 seconds or warm up the whole loaf for 7 mins in a preheated 325 degree oven.

TARTS & PIES

Keep refrigerated. When ready to serve, preheat your oven to 325 degrees and warm up your pie for 10 minutes.

Cream based tarts (banana cream, pumpkin, fruit tart with pastry cream, lemon tart) should be served cold.

COOKIES

Keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temperature.

We recommend storing Whoopie pies in the fridge, before removing and allowing to sit at room temperature 30 mins before serving.

LOAF CAKES

Loaf cakes- store at room temperature for 4-5 days.


Challah can be served at room temp, or we recommend wrapping challah in foil and heating for 7mins on 350 degrees.
